OP is undertaking a Rhode Island Avenue Planning Study focused on the corridor between 13th St and Eastern Ave NE. The study is assessing land use, market potential, and strategies to better meet community needs.

The Poplar Point Plan is being developed in partnership between DC Government and the National Park Service. The planning process includes an Environmental Assessment and a Master Plan will be determine how Poplar Point can be redeveloped following the land transfer from the federal government to DC.
