The Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) meets monthly except in August. The meeting date is the fourth Thursday of each month except November and December, when it is the third Thursday. If needed, HPRB holds a continuation meeting, usually one week after the regular meeting.

Application Filing Deadline
For a project to be considered by HPRB, submit a concept or building permit application with the required plans and supporting materials by the date shown above.
Final Plans Submission
Revised electronic submissions should be sent directly to project reviewer and [email protected] 21 days ahead of the scheduled meeting date. If the plans remain the same as submitted on filing deadline, no new electronic submission is required.
Regular and Continuation Meeting
HPRB meetings are currently conducted virtually on Webex.The timed agenda and staff reports are released by the end of the day on the Friday before the regular meeting. HPRB schedules a continuation meeting if required by the number of cases. The agenda and staff reports are usually released with those for the regular meeting.
