Historical Eras and Themes
If you are interested in exploring different aspects of DC history, you can search the DC Inventory by property type or historical theme. The 2004 edition of the Inventory was organized to promote better understanding of the historical context for listings organized by era and type of property. An updated thematic version of the Inventory is now in preparation and will be released as sections are completed.
