Nomination approved.
DUPONT CIRCLE HISTORIC DISTRICT
1743-55 N Street, NW, HPA #05-331, revised concept/alteration, additions for hotel.
Staff report, recommending denial of concept, approved unanimously.
SHAW HISTORIC DISTRICT
1234 9th Street, NW, HPA #05-060, revised concept/demolition, new construction.
Board requested additional information regarding demolition. Applicant will return for further review.
CAPITOL HILL HISTORIC DISTRICT
Capitol Hill Hospital (MedLink), 700 Constitution Avenue, NE, HPA #05-196,
revised concept/subdivision, alteration, demolition, new construction
Board approved concept. Final review of the project at the conclusion of the design development stage is required.

Addition approved with final approval delegated to staff.

Concept approved. Applicant will continue work to minimize size and bulk of apartment building and will return for further review.

Board approved construction of a two story addition.
