The Historic Preservation Review Board (HPRB) meeting of January 25 and February 1, 2018 will post on this page.  The HPO Monthly Notice was released and posted on January 10. The agenda and staff reports will post January 19. HPRB ACTIONS posted Februry12.

HPRB meets at 441 4th Street NW (One Judiciary Square), in Room 220 South. The building is adjacent to the 4th Street entrance of the Judiciary Square Metro station.

The Capitol Hill HD case 400 D Street SE continues from the January 25 docket.

Two landmark hearings and related concept cases - PEPCO Substation No. 13 PEPCO Substation No. 25 move to Feb.1. They were originally scheduled for January 25.

The Anacostia HD case  for 1227 Maple View Place SE is deferred and will not be heard on Feb. 1.

The U Street HD case for 1114-1118 U Street NW is deferred and will not be heard on Feb. 1.

Metro Advisory: Escalators at the 4th Street entrance (One Judiciary Square) are closed November 13, 2017 through September 30, 2018, a period of 10 months. During this time, individuals attending HPRB meetings should plan accordingly. Escalators at the National Building Museum on F Street NW will remain in service during this time.
