The DC Office of Planning (OP) is soliciting grant applications from qualified organizations to implement public realm improvements that advance the Columbia Heights & Mount Pleasant Vision Framework for Public Realm Design. The Vision Framework identifies opportunities to strengthen comfort, identity, activation, and community use across key public spaces in both neighborhoods.
