(Washington, DC) -  The Chinatown Cultural Development Small Area Action Plan will be the focus of a DC Council Committee of the Whole public hearing on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at 3 pm, in the Council Chamber, Room 500 of the John A. Wilson Building, 1350 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. The most recent version of the Chinatown Cultural Development Small Area Plan is available on the Office of Planning website in both English and Chinese.
