Thursday, December 17, 2009

(Washington, DC) - On December 20, 2009, the District of Columbia Office of Planning Director, Harriet Tregoning, accepted a 2009 Friendship Archway Award in honor of her agency's work on the Chinatown Cultural Development Strategy.
