The applicant, Urban Atlantic Development, LLC, has submitted a Large Tract Review application to subdivide the existing Boys Town Washington DC site located at 4801 Sargent Street NE (Lot 134, Square 3977) in North Michigan Park, into approximately 170 new record lots, with 166 new semi-detached homes as well as new streets, sidewalks, and open spaces, with one existing structure proposed to remain on site.
