The Mayor's Agent for Historic Preservation Hearing Officer will conduct a hearing on the proposed partial demolition and addition at 2119 Champlain Street NW (Square 2562, Lot 97) on Friday, September 29 at 1 PM via WebEx. The applicant's claim is that the addition and partial raze are necessary in the public interest to allow for a project of special merit.
Interested persons or parties are invited to participate in this hearing and offer testimony. All individuals or parties wishing to testify at the virtual hearing are strongly encouraged to sign up to testify at least 24 hours prior to the start of the hearing by sending an email to [email protected].
