Published Rhode Island Ave Planning Study

We have published the report from our Rhode Island Avenue Planning Study. This project assessed land use, market potential, and strategies to meet community needs on the corridor between 13th St and Eastern Ave NE.

Poplar Point Plan

The Poplar Point Plan is being developed in partnership between DC Government and the National Park Service. The planning process includes an Environmental Assessment and a Master Plan will be determine how Poplar Point can be redeveloped following the land transfer from the federal government to DC.
