TAKOMA PARK HISTORIC DISTRICT
7112 Chestnut Street, NW, HPA #06-078, concept/new construction.
Approved staff report recommending revisions to the project. Vote 11-0.
HISTORIC LANDMARK
First African New Church, 2101 10th Street, NW, HPA #06-240, concept/new construction.
Approved staff report recommending denial of the concept project as “being inconsistent with the purposes of the D.C. Historic Preservation Act.” Vote 11-0.
