(Washington, DC) -  Join DC Historic Preservation Office (DC HPO) on July 16th from 10 am to 3 pm at the fifth annual Day of Archaeology Festival at Dumbarton House in Georgetown, hosted by Archaeology in the Community, a District-based nonprofit educational organization.  Come meet local archaeologists and learn about the science and art of doing archaeology, local volunteer opportunities, and local history.
