Mayor Bowser to Kick Off DC’s 2020 Census Campaign with Complete Count Committee

(Washington, DC) – On Thursday, May 16, at 11:30 am, Mayor Bowser officially kicks off the District’s 2020 Census efforts and launches her Complete Count Committee. Mayor Bowser will discuss why it is important that every resident in the District is counted and outline her Fiscal Year 2020 budget proposal’s investments for the 2020 Census.

The Census is a count of every person residing in the United States and occurs every 10 years, as required by the U.S. Constitution.
