The Mayor's Agent for Historic Preservation Hearing Officer will conduct a hearing on the construction of an exterior stair at 941 Westminster Street NW (Square 362, Lot 210) on Friday, January 26 at 10 AM via WebEx. The applicant's claim is that the removal is consistent with the purposes of the preservation law.
Interested persons or parties are invited to participate in this hearing and offer testimony. All individuals or parties wishing to testify at the virtual hearing are strongly encouraged to sign up to testify at least 24 hours prior to the start of the hearing by sending an email to [email protected].
