The Mayor's Agent for Historic Preservation Hearing Officer will conduct a hearing on the proposed subdivision at 2929 N Street and 1305 30th Street NW (Square 1234, Lots 1 and 831) on Friday, October 20 at 10 AM via WebEx. The applicant's claim is that the subdivision is consistent with the purposes of the preservation law and necessary in the public interest.
Interested persons or parties are invited to participate in this hearing and offer testimony. All individuals or parties wishing to testify at the virtual hearing are strongly encouraged to sign up to testify at least 24 hours prior to the start of the hearing by sending an email to [email protected].
