Building Permits – US Census – Quarterly  

Home Price Index – Freddie Mac – Quarterly  

Purchasing Power/Median Sales Price  – Freddie Mac, RBIStats, Office of Planning – Annually

Development Activity Database – Office of Planning – Annually 

We expect to expand this collection of information on housing in the District of Columbia in the future.
