Maxine Brown-Roberts, AICP, has worked in both the private and public sectors concentrating on long-range planning, comprehensive planning, and development review in the Washington metropolitan region. She holds a bachelor's degree in city planning from Howard University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
