The Implementation Element describes how the policies and actions in the Comprehensive Plan should be carried out. The Element describes how the Comp Plan is implemented through development review, small area plans, and capital improvement planning and provides recommendations on improving the long-range planning process, reporting on Comp Plan progress, and updating and amending the Comp Plan in the future.
