The DC Office of Planning is seeking a contractor with expertise in the areas of urban design, public space management, land use economics, equitable urban planning, landscape design, transportation planning, and community engagement to conduct a public life study, develop public realm and streetscape guidelines for the neighborhoods of Columbia Heights and Mount Pleasant, and conduct a study focused in and around the Columbia Heights-Mount Pleasant Sidewalk Vending Zone.
