• Submit an answer to the Notice of Infraction to the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) online, in person, by e-mail, mail or fax. 
• Refer to the document below for detailed instructions on how to answer the Notice of Infraction.
• If you are found liable by OAH, you are responsible for paying any assessed fines, penalties, and correcting the violation, with the required permits. 
• If you fail to answer you may be subject to other penalties and actions listed on the Notice of Infraction.
