Anne Fothergill is a Development Review Specialist with the DC Office of Planning. Prior to joining the Office of Planning, Ms. Fothergill did facility planning for the DC Department of General Services and worked 11 years in the Montgomery County, Maryland Planning Department. Ms. Fothergill is a LEED Green Associate and she was selected for the Urban Land Institute’s Regional Land Use Leadership Institute
