The District of Columbia Office of Planning (OP) is seeking the professional services of a highly qualified CBE consulting firm to perform work in the area of architectural and open space renderings, conceptual building design, and architectural and urban design services for Small Area Plans. The Contractor should have a demonstrated a track record in illustrating architectural and urban design concepts through diagrams, renderings, and other graphic forms in conjunction with the District of Columbia’s zoning code and building and public space regulations; in addition, Contractor should exhibit familiarity with different neighborhood dynamics particularly as they relate to planning policies, building massing, and design.
