Grant Opportunity: DC 2050 Community Engagement

We are soliciting grant applications from community organizations to support public engagement for DC 2050, the District’s next comprehensive plan. Applications are open from 9/24-10/22.

Rhode Island Ave Planning Study

OP is undertaking a Rhode Island Avenue Planning Study focused on the corridor between 13th St and Eastern Ave NE. The study is assessing land use, market potential, and strategies to better meet community needs.

Poplar Point Plan

The Poplar Point Plan is being developed in partnership between DC Government and the National Park Service. The planning process includes an Environmental Assessment and a Master Plan will be determine how Poplar Point can be redeveloped following the land transfer from the federal government to DC.
