The DC Office of Planning develops an agency-wide performance plan each fiscal year with objectives and initiatives that each division must achieve during the year. The plan also includes performance metrics that measure OP’s achievement of its goals and services. A Performance Accountability Report (PAR) is completed after the end of the fiscal year that documents the level of OP’s achievement of its initiatives and metrics. PARs for all District agencies are submitted annually to the DC Council. OP’s annual performance plans are listed below. PARs are available at the Office of the City Administrator’s website.
