The DC Office of Planning is soliciting grant applications from qualified community-based organizations to support public engagement for DC 2050, the District’s next comprehensive plan.

We are seeking to partner with organizations that have a deep history of serving any one of the following priority communities: residents with lower incomes in Wards 4, 5, 7, and 8, and residents with limited English proficiency. The grant will fund organizations to facilitate public engagement with these communities. Each grantee will develop engagement programming to help overcome barriers to public participation and achieve OP’s goals for equitable engagement.

Applications will open September 24 and are due by October 22, 2025 at ServeDC.
