Coleen Duncan is a demographic specialist with the Office of Planning (OP) State Data Center. Her responsibilities include fulfilling customer’s data requests, developing demographic profiles, analyzing population data, and general management of the State Data Center website context.                                                                                                                                                                             

Ms. Duncan joined the OP team in November 2014. Before joining OP she worked as a contractor with Health and Human Service, she did one year internship with the 12^th District Council in Baltimore, worked as a bank teller in 2011 and 2012, and was a research assistant from 2009 – 2011 with the Department of Urban Research Montebello, Baltimore. Ms. Duncan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Morgan State University, Baltimore.
