Key assets of the Anacostia shoreline include the Fish Market, Washington Channel marinas, Fort McNair, Buzzard Point, Poplar Point, the Southeast Federal Center, the Navy Yard, Anacostia Park, Anacostia River marinas, RFK Stadium, Kingman and Heritage Islands, Langston golf course, the National Arboretum, and Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens.
