Special Assistant
Howard has over 13 years of planning and real estate development experience working in such cities as Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Office of Planning, Howard developed affordable housing in Baltimore and has managed over $96 million of real estate and public facilities projects. He has a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Architecture degree. As a special assistant, Howard works on various green initiatives, including Green Collar Jobs. He is also contributing to the planning effort around the reuse of excess school facility space.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Planning Association.
