The DC Office of Planning has provided for public review the Deanwood/Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue NE/Minnesota Avenue NE Strategic Development Final Plan. The Plan is a preliminary analysis of various redevelopment opportunities within Deanwood and its major corridors. The DC Office of Planning has submitted the Plan to Council (May) who will hold their own hearing regarding the Plan.
