- Architectural features
- Diversity ECD/racial

Change most pleased about:
- Revitalized vacant parcels/property
- Reduction in crime (all sorts)
- Increase in retail (clothing, neighborhood serving)
- Beautification (trash/ planting)
- Maintenance
- Good family/community sense
- Equal participation
- Reputation/image as a destination
- Better communication of history
- Parking and pedestrian friendly
- Specific type of retail (not auto)
Question #2—Possibly increase density on some sites?
- Issue of scale
- (Ghetto effect) mixed within area
- Preserve existing, but no high rise
- Smaller pockets (interspersed)
- Affordable housing means increase in parking requirement too
