Reservation 13 Draft Master Plan

Hill East Waterfront

On March 31, 2002 the Mayor transmitted a draft master plan to the DC Council for a federally owned area known as Reservation 13, the adjacent Capitol East neighborhoods, and a waterfront park. The draft master plan envisions the Reservation as a beautiful edge to the Hill East neighborhood and meets both District-wide and neighborhood needs. Health and science uses are blended with recreation, civic uses, education, and housing. A village square, a neighborhood park and tree-lined streets connect the site to a new waterfront park on the Anacostia River. Select from the following to view the Reservation 13 Draft Master Plan:
