Hill East Waterfront

A Renewed Waterfront Connecting the Capitol Hill Neighborhood to the River

The redevelopment of the Hill East waterfront area, also known as Reservation 13, will diversify uses in the surrounding neighborhood and serve to connect to the Anacostia waterfront via streets and parks. It will host a range of public facilities for civic, residential, educational and community uses and will feature new parks at the Meadows and a great monument circle at the terminus of Massachusetts Avenue. As a transit-oriented neighborhood located steps from RFK Stadium, Hill East will be a convenient and pleasurable place to live, work, learn and play.
