Record of HPRB Meetings and Decisions
HPRB maintains a permanent online record of its meetings and decisions. This archives includes the public notice, agenda, consent and denial calendars, staff reports and decisions for each meeting.
If you are unable to locate the record of a case in the online archive, please send an
email to the HPO indicating the property address, and if known, the case number or meeting date.
Meeting Transcripts
HPRB does not routinely prepare written transcripts of its entire meetings, but some transcripts are available for important cases. Prepared transcripts are archived with the online meeting record. If the transcript for a case has not been prepared, a printed copy may be purchased for the cost of preparation.
