| Calendar of HPRB Meetings
HPRB meets monthly except in August. The meeting date is the fourth Thursday of each month except November and December, when it is the third Thursday. If needed, HPRB holds a continuation meeting one week after the regular meeting.
The Board meets at 441 4th Street, NW (One Judiciary Square) in Room 220 South. Unless otherwise noted, the monthly meeting begins at 10 am, and continuation meetings begin at 9 am.
Applicants for HPRB review must file at the DCRA permit center by the application deadline for the Board meeting. Ten days before the meeting, applicants must submit to the HPO staff complete sets of final plans and any other materials for distribution to the Board. Eleven sets are required, preferably 11- x 17-inches in size.
