News Release  October 28, 2005  View DC Income and Poverty for 1990-2004 Online    (Washington, DC)  The State Data Center has just released its income and poverty report for the District of Columbia online.  This report provides a brief overview of median household income, per capita income, and District-wide and ward-wide poverty rates from 1990 to 2004.
