MonaCheri P. McCoy Community Planner MonaCheri McCoy is an accomplished graduate, undergraduate, and associate of municipal, urban, and regional planning, political science, and the criminal justice administration programs of University of the District of Columbia and American University in Washington, DC.  The current focus of her work in city planning, development, and design includes reviews and analyses of revenue bond projects, economic assistance requests, re-use of District-owned land for community revitalization, development around Metrorail stations, and Comprehensive Plan updates regarding environmental sustainability in development and urban design.
