Public Space and Antennas The Office of Planning is one of several District agencies on the Public Space Committee of the Department of Public Works, which reviews applications for residential and commercial use of District-controlled public space. Antennas are reviewed by the Zoning Administrator or the Office of Planning, depending on their classification and the zoning district in which they are located.
