The Response to Comments document annotates the Office of Planning's responses to the more than 200 parties submitting comments or delivering testimony on the Mayor's Draft of the Comprehensive Plan. This is the administration's official response to the comments entered into the public hearing record, as well as other comments received in a more informal manner between July 14 and October 31, 2006.
