Stephen Rice started work at the Office of Planning in June 2005. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Community Planning from Alabama A&M University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. While in graduate school, had several interships including work with the City of Detroit Planning and Development Department and the City of Ann Arbor Parks and Recreation Department.
