Brookland Branding Presentation Main Page 


On May 3rd, 2011 the Brookland Implementation Task Force met and participated in an inter-active workshop to begin the process of creating a brand for the Brookland neighborhood. The 2 hour workshop was facilitated by Streetsense, a locally based, strategic planning and marketing firm. Task Force members were empowered to visually express their preferences for a theme for Brookland that capitalizes on the community's assets, perceptions, and aspirations. Three "mood boards" or themes were shared and discussed with Task Force members who were asked to indicate their preference. After viewing the short video summary of the workshop, constituents were asked to select the theme they preferred. This survey was available and accessible on line until June 30th. 

Community input has been narrowed down to the final four options and here they are. Please indicate which logo option is your first, second and third choice for the Brookland Logo. Also please indicate your first choice for the Brookland tag line. Thank you for you input. The final reveal will take place during the November Implementation Task Force meeting. Date, time and location to be announced.
