HPRB meets monthly except in August. The meeting date is the fourth Thursday of each month except November and December. If needed, HPRB holds a continuation meeting one week after the regular meeting.

2013 HPRB Meeting Calendar

Application Filing Deadline:  For a project to be considered by the HPRB, a concept or DC building permit application, plans, and photographs must be submitted in person at the HPO desk at the DCRA Permit Center (1100 4th Street, SW, 2nd floor) by this date.  Applications must be submitted in person.

Final Plans Submission:  Applicants are responsible for submitting 10 sets of 11” x 17” plans to the HPO for distribution to the HPRB members by this date.  Plan sets should be delivered to 1100 4th Street, SW, Room 650-E.  

HPRB Meeting:  The HPRB meetings are held at 441 4th Street, NW, in room 220-South beginning at 9:00AM.  The timed agenda and staff reports for the HPRB meeting are posted on the HPO website five days prior to the public meeting (www.preservation.dc.gov).

Continuation Meeting: Depending on the number of cases submitted and HPRB members’ availability, a continuation meeting may be scheduled.  Announcement of whether a continuation meeting will be scheduled is made five days prior to the regular HPRB meeting and the timed agenda and staff reports posted on the HPO website.
