The Development Review staff provides reports and recommendations on all cases before the Zoning Commission (ZC) and Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA), including amendments to the zoning regulations and zoning map, Planned Unit Developments, and requests for zoning relief. OP staff may also propose amendments to the zoning regulations or zoning map.
