Arlova Y. Jackson is a Development Review Specialist in the Office of Planning. Arlova is responsible for reviewing development projects and the comprehensive review of the zoning regulations for the District of Columbia. Prior to joining OP in March 2008, Arlova worked as a Zoning Planner and Zoning Administrator for the City of Evanston, Illinois. Ms. Jackson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and an alumna of the University of Michigan Urban and Regional Planning Program
